On the 'Smartless' podcast, actor Amy Adams recently revealed that she used medical knowledge from a short-lived CBS medical drama called 'Dr. Vegas' to help save a stabbing victim's life. According to Variety, Adams and her family were the first on the scene outside their favorite Santa Monica restaurant, where she was able to provide aid using skills learned on set.
