Man charged over alleged attack on Islamic celebration

A thirty-seven-year-old man has been charged over an alleged assault at an Islamic iftar dinner in Ballarat, ABC News reports. Iftar is the evening meal that breaks the daily fast during Ramadan. The alleged attack took place earlier this year.
