'Can’t turn every school into a garrison': SM Shanmugam on balancing security, free movement after school attack plots

Singapore has detained teenagers under the Internal Security Act in connection with school attack plot investigations. The coordinating minister for national security discussed the challenge of balancing school security with free movement, saying the government can't turn every school into a garrison. Officials are also studying ways to better protect young people on social media.
