Singapore's Internal Security Department has detained three self-radicalised youths, according to Channel NewsAsia, with two of them found to have planned attacks on schools. One of the teens, a fourteen-year-old boy, had written a twenty-one-page manifesto detailing an assault on his schoolmates and teachers, and admitted he was prepared to carry out stabbings. The ISD is Singapore's domestic security agency, tasked with countering threats including terrorism.
