Russia’s Udmurt Republic reports ‘most massive’ Ukrainian drone attack. Zelensky says Ukraine struck oil facility.

Russia's Udmurt Republic came under what regional governor Alexander Brechalov called the most massive drone attack in recent times on Monday morning, with Izhevsk among the cities placed under an air raid alert. Brechalov reported no injuries so far, though the independent channel Astra says photos and video suggest drones struck a fuel depot at the Prioritet plant. Meduza reports Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed his forces hit oil facilities in Udmurtia and the Yaroslavl region as part of what he calls a long-range campaign to cut into Russia's ability to finance the war. Russia's Defense Ministry said air defenses downed 276 drones overnight, while separate strikes in Rostov-on-Don killed five people and a Belgorod attack injured twelve.
