Russian State Duma Speaker Volodin closes parliament’s eighth session by chanting ‘Russia! Putin! Victory!’ five times, drawing applause

He concluded by chanting 'Russia! Putin! Victory!' five times. Deputies responded with applause but did not join the chant. Elections for the Duma's ninth session are set for September eighteenth through twentieth.
