Chelsea open talks to sign Henderson and Welbeck

BBC Sport reports Chelsea are in talks to sign two players: Jordan Henderson, a midfielder from Brentford, and Brighton striker Danny Welbeck. Welbeck, thirty-five, is keen to work with new manager Xabi Alonso at Stamford Bridge.
