DoJ urges supreme court to allow Trump order targeting mail-in voting

The Trump administration has filed an emergency appeal with the Supreme Court seeking to overturn lower-court rulings that blocked an executive order targeting mail-in voting. The Guardian reports the appeals court had upheld the block in nearly half the country, ahead of November's midterm elections.
