U.S. House Ethics Committee is investigating GOP Rep. Lance Gooden

The U.S. House Ethics Committee is investigating Texas Republican Lance Gooden. The Texas Tribune reports the panel has not disclosed why it's looking into the Terrell representative, only that the Office of Congressional Conduct referred the matter last month.
