A Los Angeles judge has ordered singer D4vd, born David Burke, to stand trial for the killing, sexual abuse and mutilation of fourteen-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The Guardian reports that Judge Charlaine Olmedo reached the decision Monday after a five-day preliminary hearing found enough probable cause to proceed. Prosecutors allege the twenty-one-year-old musician killed Rivas Hernandez after she threatened to expose their relationship and derail his rising music career. The case now moves to trial.
