Well-connected Melbourne man found guilty of raping former staffer

A well-connected Melbourne man has been found guilty by a jury of raping a former staff member, the Guardian reports. Victoria's county court heard he assaulted the woman at his home in March twenty twenty-three, and he had pleaded not guilty to two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault. Per the Guardian, the man cannot be named.
