Housing developers of large en bloc projects to get more time to sell units under revised ABSD rules

Singapore has extended the timeline for Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty remission on large-scale en bloc housing projects. The Ministry of Finance and National Development say the extension is aimed at boosting housing supply and facilitating urban rejuvenation.
