Ben Carroll has been sworn in as Victoria's new premier after Jacinta Allan's resignation, The Guardian reports. Carroll, first elected to parliament in twenty twelve, previously ran for Labor leadership in twenty twenty-three but fell short. Now, in his second attempt at the top job, he's succeeded.
