A Singapore tribunal has ruled a company wrongfully dismissed a woman during her probation period. The tribunal found the company never made its performance standards clear to her and discovered a mismatch between what the employee understood her role to be and what her supervisor expected. Channel NewsAsia reports she's been awarded thirty thousand Singapore dollars in compensation.
