CircuitPython Day will be August 21, 2026

Adafruit is marking August twenty-first as CircuitPython Day, an annual celebration of the open-source programming language that's become a favorite for makers building with microcontroller boards. The company will host special shows and activities throughout the day and is calling on the community to share their CircuitPython projects on social media using the hashtag CircuitPythonDay2026. Adafruit says they'll spotlight selected submissions, so it's a good time if you've been working with the platform to showcase what you've created.
