Shanahan: Crash was my fault, report was wrong

49ers coach Kyle Shanahan says he was to blame for the car accident that left him seriously injured two weeks ago, according to ESPN, pushing back on an earlier report that got the cause wrong. Shanahan wanted the record set straight himself.
