Rescuers pick through wreckage after ‘devastating’ Wisconsin tornado

First responders in north-eastern Wisconsin spent Tuesday combing through leveled homes, flipped cars, and downed power lines after a powerful tornado tore through the Fox Cities region a day earlier. The Guardian reports the area, home to more than one hundred thousand people across Appleton, Menasha, and Neenah, was left in shambles, though no deaths have been reported. Search efforts continued as crews worked to confirm no one remained trapped in the wreckage.
