Live: At least 32 people killed after back-to-back earthquakes rock Venezuela

Back-to-back earthquakes struck Venezuela's capital, Caracas, earlier today, killing at least thirty-two people and injuring seven hundred more. According to Acting President Delcy Rodríguez, emergency services are working through the night to rescue those trapped beneath collapsed buildings.
