Show HN: Manim (3Blue1Brown's animation engine) in the browser via WebGPU

dev_tools

Hacker News is reporting on a browser-based IDE for Manim, Grant Sanderson's math animation library. Someone reimplemented it in Rust and WebAssembly so you can write animations in Python and see them render live on your GPU through the browser, thanks to WebGPU. The editor is Monaco—the same one VS Code uses—with your code on one side and live animations on the other. There's also an AI agent if you'd rather describe what you want and have it generate the code.
