Ticket prices set to rise by 15p as Heathrow able to recover runway project money

Heathrow Airport has won regulatory approval to increase the fees airlines pay for runway use, to help recover costs from a runway infrastructure project. BBC News reports the higher charges are expected to lead to higher ticket prices for passengers — fifteen pence per flight.
