Green Party leader Zack Polanski has refused to apologize to Nigel Farage over an Instagram post showing a guillotine and the phrase 'we're only making plans for Nigel' that he later removed. The Guardian reports that Polanski described it as an 'inadvertent mistake,' explaining he'd agreed to collaborate with a photographer and the controversial T-shirt image appeared as the fifth photo in a set of twenty. He has steadfastly refused to apologize, even as Reform UK accuses him of inciting murder.
