Portugal: Air France-KLM and Lufthansa submit binding bids to buy TAP

Air France-KLM and Lufthansa have both submitted binding bids to acquire TAP Air Portugal, Portugal's flag carrier, per Euronews. The Portuguese government is expected to receive a report on the proposals within the next thirty days and may ask the bidders to submit improved final offers.
