Cinema United Chief Michael O’Leary Blasts Paramount Warner Bros. Deal, Endorses Litigation to Delay Merger

Michael O'Leary, CEO of Cinema United, is backing state Attorneys General litigation to block the Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. merger. Variety reports that O'Leary detailed the organization's opposition in a Wednesday letter to theater owners — and the litigation from the AGs has already put the deal on hold.
