Jason Cloth, ‘Babylon’ and ‘Joker’ Financier, Indicted in Alleged $100 Million Ponzi Scheme

Variety is reporting that Jason Cloth, a financier and executive producer on 'Joker,' 'Babylon,' and 'Ghostbusters: Afterlife,' has been indicted in Chicago on allegations of running a one hundred million dollar Ponzi scheme. The sixty-year-old faces seven counts of wire fraud for allegedly lying to investors about how their money would be used.
