An eighty-year-old cancer patient in Australia says his rent has jumped forty-one percent to four hundred seventy-five dollars a week as a federal affordable housing subsidy scheme comes to an end. Victor Anderson told ABC News (Australia) he's forced to stay put during treatment while worrying daily about covering the cost.
