Library book returned after 150 years, $28k fine waived

A New South Wales library has received a book returned after one hundred fifty years. According to ABC News Australia, the overdue fine would have been twenty-eight thousand dollars—except the library's late-fee policy was discontinued at some point during those one hundred fifty years, so the return came without charge.
