Youths allegedly punched, choked and threatened by police, report reveals

Victoria's commissioner for children and young people has released a report alleging police punched, choked, and threatened youths in the state. According to ABC News, the commissioner is now urging Victoria's new premier to shift toward a more preventative approach to youth crime.
