Pilbara traditional owners set to appeal Fortescue's $150m native title penalty

The Yindjibarndi people of Western Australia's Pilbara region are moving to appeal a one hundred fifty million dollar native title penalty against mining company Fortescue, reports ABC News Australia. Fortescue is led by billionaire Andrew Forrest.
