Rangers move a 'dream come true' for South Africa's Makhanya

South Africa defender Olwethu Makhanya has joined Scottish club Rangers as their eighth summer signing, moving from Philadelphia Union in the MLS. Per BBC Sport, Makhanya called the transfer a dream come true.
