Supreme court says Palestine Action co-founder can challenge ban on group

Huda Ammori, co-founder of the direct action group Palestine Action, has won permission from the UK Supreme Court to challenge a ban on her organization. Palestine Action was proscribed as a terrorist organization more than a year ago, and Ammori has been fighting to overturn the designation. The Guardian reports that the court's decision allows her to proceed with a challenge to the earlier ruling that upheld the ban, as supporters of the group continue their mass civil disobedience campaign.
