The new Washington bar exam could not demonstrate minimum technical competence

Washington state's bar-licensure task force wanted to delay their new high-tech exam until twenty twenty-seven to work out administrative issues, but per Boing Boing, the state Supreme Court mandated a twenty twenty-six launch. The exam went live without the testing period the task force had requested.
