Reuters: Drones just knocked out one of Russia’s biggest refineries — for the second time this year

Per Reuters, Ukrainian drones struck Russia's Ryazan refinery on July twenty-ninth, suspending operations at one of the nation's largest refineries. The outage is expected to last roughly two weeks. Ryazan handles nearly five percent of Russia's refining capacity and supplies the Moscow region. This is the second time this year the facility has been knocked offline—it also went down in May for a shutdown lasting more than two months.
