Netflix Hit With $105 Million Suit After Losing Copy of Nicolas Cage WWII Film

Netflix is being sued for one hundred five million dollars over the loss of an unencrypted copy of "Fortitude," a World War II film starring Nicolas Cage and Ben Kingsley. Variety reports that Swiss businessman Simon Afram, who wrote and produced the film, filed the suit — he spent seven years and forty-five million dollars bringing the project to the screen.
