Live: At least 164 people killed after back-to-back earthquakes rock Venezuela

Back-to-back earthquakes have struck Venezuela's capital, Caracas, today. Acting President Delcy Rodríguez reports at least one hundred sixty-four people killed and nine hundred seventy-one others injured.
