Banijay Americas CEO Ben Samek to Oversee Merged Banijay/All3Media Operations in the U.S.

Variety reports that Banijay and All3Media have completed their eight billion dollar merger, creating what they're calling the world's largest independent production company. Ben Samek, who leads Banijay's U.S. operations, will oversee the combined company's American business. The deal was finalized earlier this month.
