Sainsbury’s to sell Argos to three retail veterans in £120m deal

Sainsbury's is selling its Argos retail chain for one hundred twenty million pounds to three retail veterans setting up a company called Swift Partners, per The Guardian. The supermarket is focusing on its core food business, more than a decade after acquiring Argos for over one billion pounds.
