Spanish prime minister Pedro Sánchez visited Ceuta on Friday to announce plans for a temporary center aimed at expediting expulsions of migrants with no legal claim to remain, The Guardian reports. Sánchez, accompanied by interior minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska, met with local border and police officials at the Tarajal crossing.
