US admits 'unfortunate error' after mislabelling countries on map of Africa

BBC News reports that the U.S. State Department acknowledged geographic errors in a map of Africa displayed at an HIV conference. The errors placed Ivory Coast in East Africa and made Nigeria landlocked.
