Spain PM to visit Ceuta after 34 migrants die breaching border from Morocco

Al Jazeera English reports that Spain's prime minister will travel to Ceuta after thirty-four migrants died attempting to breach the border from Morocco. A regional leader says sixty thousand people have crossed into the enclave by land and sea, and the EU's chief has called the situation unacceptable.
