‘The Odyssey’ Is Luring Tourists to the Sicilian Island That Stands In for Ithaca — and Could Generate $500 Million in Revenue

Variety is reporting that Christopher Nolan's 'The Odyssey' is drawing tourists to Favignana, a Sicilian island where the film was partly shot and which stood in for Ithaca. The island is projected to generate up to five hundred million dollars in tourism revenue from the movie's appeal.
