The company announced an eight hundred forty-five million dollar acquisition of DroneDeploy, a visual intelligence platform for job sites. This reflects Procore's evolution from a system of record to a system of intelligence for construction—combining real-time job site perception and AI reasoning in what it calls digital coworkers. Operating expenses rose just three percent while revenue jumped sixteen percent.
