Russian woman found dead in suitcase in Serbia

Meduza reports that a young woman's body was found inside a suitcase pulled from a canal in Padinska Skela, a village near Belgrade, Serbia. She's believed to be twenty-eight-year-old Russian citizen Lyudmila Turkova, who went missing on July 25th in a Belgrade suburb, though some reports put her age at twenty-seven. A Turkish citizen has since been detained on suspicion of murder.
