Spain PM: Ceuta migrant surge a ‘violation of territorial integrity’

Al Jazeera reports that Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has called a massive influx of migrants from Morocco into Ceuta a violation of territorial integrity. Ceuta is a Spanish enclave on the North African coast across from Morocco.
