Ukraine weighs criminal case against Belarusian leader Lukashenko

The request came after Belarusian opposition figures—the Forum of Democratic Forces, founded by former presidential candidate Valery Tsepkalo—pressed Kyiv to assess Lukashenko's role in Russia's aggression. On July 28, the forum released Zelensky's response, forwarding the matter to Ukraine's legal authorities.
