Migrants in Ceuta cannot move to other countries, EU says

The European Commission says migrants who entered the Spanish enclave of Ceuta without authorization will not be allowed to reach mainland Europe. EU countries are now calling for Spain to be suspended from the Schengen border agreement over concerns about border-control failures, as Euronews reports.
