Per The Guardian, Italy is suspending the EU's Schengen arrangement with Spain after sixty thousand migrants reached the Spanish enclave of Ceuta. The suspension will restrict travel by plane and boat between the two countries. Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez is currently in Ceuta meeting with officials from border and police services.
