NASA’s Newest Wind Tunnel Opens at NASA Langley

NASA opened the Flight Dynamics Research Facility this week at Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia — a state-of-the-art wind tunnel, and the agency's first major new one in more than forty years. Per NASA, it will support research in aeronautics and space exploration, including efforts to establish a sustained human presence on the lunar surface through Artemis.
