People flee as building collapses on Caracas outskirts

Two powerful earthquakes struck Venezuela earlier today, with magnitudes of seven point two and seven point five occurring just a minute apart. The tremors devastated Caracas and surrounding areas, with buildings collapsing and residents fleeing to safety. According to BBC News, the region has experienced some of the worst damage from the pair of quakes.
