Hearts appoint Belgian Vrancken as head coach

Hearts have appointed Wouter Vrancken as their new head coach, according to BBC Sport. The Belgian manager, who previously led Genk and Sint-Truiden, takes over after Derek McInnes left for Rangers last week.
