'Not a single person reached mainland Spain or the rest of the EU', says von der Leyen

Sixty thousand irregular migrants entered the Spanish enclave of Ceuta in North Africa, but according to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, the vast majority have since returned to Morocco. Per her statement, not a single person has reached mainland Spain or the rest of the European Union.
